    YoungThinkr.

    Help Centre

Everything you need to get the most out of YoungThinkr - built for families with children aged 8–16.

    Getting Started

YoungThinkr is invite-only during early access. Request an invite via the Early Access page, and once you're in you'll set a password, complete a short onboarding, and add your first child.

    Managing Children

Create a profile for each child (name, age, grade, avatar). Each child gets their own personal login URL and 4-digit PIN, plus a choice of narrator voice.

    Modules & Lessons

17 core modules. Enable or disable modules per child, use the "Enable recommended" shortcut based on age, and assign specific lessons from the parent dashboard.

    Parent Resources

Use the Family Conversations Guide for prompts to extend lessons offline, check difficulty recommendations, and share feedback with us from the parent dashboard.

    Common questions

How do my children log in?

Each child has a personal URL of the form /child/<their-slug> plus a 4-digit PIN. You'll find both on your parent dashboard - copy the URL and PIN to the device your child uses. No email or separate account is required for the child.

Do I have to enable every module?

No. All 17 modules sit in one list and you choose which ones each child sees. Deeper modules such as Data Literacy and The Bottleneck can be enabled whenever your child is ready, from the Modules section of a child's dashboard entry.

How do I share the Family Conversations Guide with my partner?

Open Conversations Guide from your parent dashboard. Every module includes prompts and activities, and you can download the full guide as a PDF to share offline.

What if my child gets logged out mid-lesson?

Child sessions last about an hour. If a session expires while a lesson is in progress, we prompt for the PIN again and preserve any answers already given - nothing is lost.
